Overview

I know not everyone has the budget to, nor wants to, work with a designer to pull together a beautiful room design. To that end, I have created “shop the look” concept boards, for different rooms in your home. My concept boards represent my passion areas of design:

Eco-friendly design – I am personally committed to including green furniture and finishes in my own home as much as possible, and I encourage my clients and students to do so as well. Each board has been designed using only green products from a variety of retailers, with easy to click links so you can recreate one or more of these designs in your own home.
Seasonal design – I can’t help but be inspired by Mother Nature and her beautiful color palettes each season. Whether you love fall, winter, spring, or summer, I will be creating designs with easy to click links so you can recreate any of these designs in your own home.

The Green Standard

In order to meet the standard of “green”, each product meets one or more of the following criteria:

Uses recycled materials
Uses sustainably sourced raw materials
Uses organic materials (e.g., GOTS-certified organic cotton)
Low VOC finish
Handcrafted
Fair Trade Certified
GREENGUARD certified
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) CertifiedFair Trade Certified
